In my case, my order arrived on time, but it was made for the wrong mattress. Once I let Briana know, she immediately took ownership and jumped into action to remedy the situation, and, without my even asking, she offered some valuable add-ons for free to make up for the inconvenience (like shipping the correct mattress to my home at no cost). “There is no high pressure sales. They are very helpful and thoughtful when trying to pick the mattress since it’s a commitment. Ask for Taven he is a rockstar. Yes there is a delivery charge but they don’t have a warehouse and the closest is in Utah.”
