“The customer service here has been great. The time waiting for items ordered is a bit of a pain. My main gripe is charging nearly $160 for delivery, and then putting the delivery off for a week because I live 15 miles out of town. My order showed up on a Friday, and since they only deliver out of town on Fridays we had to wait another week to get our new couch. It seems like for that kind of delivery fee they would bring it out in a timely manner. It came as a shock because it was not explained to us that there would be a wait to deliver once it arrived at the store. So what we though would be a week to two weeks ended up taking three weeks. Had I known it would take that much longer I would have had friends help and not paid the delivery fee.”
