Not only did Aaron take 2 hours explaining every mattress and which one is best for the type of sleepers we are; but after we paid and left we got a call that there was a special from the company and refunded us an extra $1,000. This company is the absolute best!”

“I haven’t received the adjustable base yet as I have just paid for it. Derek, who was helping me, was very thorough in his explanation for all my questions. I bought this totally on-line and it was a great experience. I think Derek is very helpful and made me feel comfortable about the whole on-line buying process. I just purchased the doctors choice plush mattress over the phone by text and had a very good experience. I was helped by Dakota and I’ve got to say it was easy and a seamless purchase. She was patient with me when I wanted a breakdown of the charges on the invoice. Good experience all around.”
“I could not find my original review to update, so here it is:
We bought our latex mattress for our RV in mid-January. My wife and I immediately began getting better sleep. We updated in February and March, reporting much improved sleep- less pain for her, actually getting sleep for me.
It is now 4 months, can I am happy to say we are incredibly impressed with this mattress. She has been getting out of bed with much less pain, and I have been getting regular nights of 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
She recently went on a weekend trip with a friend. The subject came up, and after commenting that our bed was softer than the motels, she mentioned our experience. Her friend told her that Twilight is where she gets her beds, and had great things to say.
We have no regrets about this purchase. You guys worked with us to fit it into our budget; James and his delivery partner went above and beyond regarding removal and installation.
Our original review we gave 4 stars, simply because we wanted to make sure that we had no problems over a few months. I am really happy to report no problems, and I am pleased to up that to 5 stars. Thank you!”
“My wofe and I's mattress died in transit when moving it to the new house. I just wanted to say that 16 Cents came through for my wife and I in a lpinch. This was on Memorial Day weekend, no less. Cody was very friendly and amazingly helpful. I walked in looking raggedy, in my opinion, and Cody dodnt let me down one bit. The throw pillows look amazing as well. I really appreciate how smooth the whole process was.”

“This is the second Mattress Firm that I have recently visited. While customer service was fine at the first location, my salesman, Hunter, at the E 29th location was outstanding! He asked basic sleep questions that no one else had asked, and that helped me figure out what I wanted in a new mattress. He showed me mattresses that fit what I was looking for, and after testing a few, I found the one that was the most comfortable and supportive for my needs. He gave me plenty of time testing out ones that fit what I was looking for, and was available for any questions that I had. Finishing up the sale went smoothly. “Jennifer is an amazing Sales Consultant. The first time we stoped in to look at a physical Trundle bed, Jennifer showed us her floor displays. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to show us all the different features and what could and could not be accomplished on configuring one. We went home and did some online research and went back two days later and again asked several more detailed physical questions of the floor model. Jennifer again was on top of her game and impressed my wife and I on telling us all we asked. The price is high, but the quality is apparent in what you see. The other items on the internet are cheaper, but I am not impressed with their cheap apparence & quality. The two- three week delivery time is what it is. I hope to have a quality trundle bed delivered, which I will pick up and put together. Thank you Jennifer.”

“They arrived today and totally replaced the chair. I asked if they were taking the old recliner away and they were told they were only suppose to drop off. I was fine with that. The new chair is in place and they were great to deal with and took care of the situation.”
