“My wofe and I's mattress died in transit when moving it to the new house. I just wanted to say that 16 Cents came through for my wife and I in a lpinch. This was on Memorial Day weekend, no less. Cody was very friendly and amazingly helpful. I walked in looking raggedy, in my opinion, and Cody dodnt let me down one bit. The throw pillows look amazing as well. I really appreciate how smooth the whole process was.”

“I could not find my original review to update, so here it is:
We bought our latex mattress for our RV in mid-January. My wife and I immediately began getting better sleep. We updated in February and March, reporting much improved sleep- less pain for her, actually getting sleep for me.
It is now 4 months, can I am happy to say we are incredibly impressed with this mattress. She has been getting out of bed with much less pain, and I have been getting regular nights of 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
She recently went on a weekend trip with a friend. The subject came up, and after commenting that our bed was softer than the motels, she mentioned our experience. Her friend told her that Twilight is where she gets her beds, and had great things to say.
We have no regrets about this purchase. You guys worked with us to fit it into our budget; James and his delivery partner went above and beyond regarding removal and installation.
Our original review we gave 4 stars, simply because we wanted to make sure that we had no problems over a few months. I am really happy to report no problems, and I am pleased to up that to 5 stars. Thank you!”

“Bought the Mattress on Thursday 12-18. It was delivered on 12-19. We slept on it Friday and Sunday nights. Best thing that has happened to us. Our old mattress was 40+ years old. Pamela, the sleep expert talked to us and listened to what we has to say. Then showed us samples. There was no big push for us, she simply answered our questions. We purchased (with a veterans discount). She set up delivery for the next day. Two gentlemen called early and told us when to expect them. They arrived on time and were very courteous. They took the old out, and at my request allowed me to run the vacuum before install the new. They very carefully cleaned all the debris as they left. WE slept in it Friday night, were at a grandson's Saturday night and home Sunday night. All in all a great experience. I would recommend Mattress Firm and especially Pamela to anyone thinking about a new mattress!”
“BoxDrop Spokane was a great experience. We went in looking for a sectional and even though we didn’t end up finding the exact one we wanted, the staff handled it perfectly. They let us walk around and look without hovering, asked if we had questions, and when we said no, they didn’t push or pressure us at all. “2-16-26: Last month,we arrived at the one-year mark of sleeping on this AMAZING mattress. My wife now wakes up to a reduced pain level (3/10); and although I still toss and turn, the sleep I get is longer and better.
This was- is- an investment in our health. I can say with certainty that this mattress is a very worthwhile one!
And let us also remember our delivery guys- they rocked!
2-27: It has been just over a month, and we love our new mattress. My wife is in less pain, and I am actually sleeping more than 2 hours at a shot.
January: First of all, James. He helps make the mattresses, and is in training to be a salesman. He is a bit rough around the edges, but so am I- so we clicked. He did a good job explaining the difference between memory foam and latex.
We went back after New Year's to make our purchase, and we were greeted by sale flier. Mike (?) was able to fit what we wanted into our budget, thereby saving us having to do external financing.
Back to James. He and his helper showed up a few minutes early and went above and beyond during delivery. They put our new zippered cover on for us prior to placing it.
Now for the mattress. We bought the RV king size Doctors Choice, and after just 2 nights on it, I am impressed. My wife is already moving better with less pain, and I, a lifelong insomniac, have had some of the best sleep of my life.
Twilight's products are well-made, and so far, worth the money. I am glad I made the investment for my wife's- and my- future health.
