“So far pretty great experience here. They are very friendly they have great prices, they don't force you to but a certain lock. I would say the only downfall is that they are only open til 7pm to come in or out of your storage unit but the plus side to that is that they are open 7 days a week and even on holidays. One other downside is that you have to get renters Insurance, which on one hand i guess it's pretty good just Incase there's water damage, mice etc... But if you only need it short for a short time it's kind of an unnecessary expense.”
“I vacated my 2 storage units in spokane valley about the end of October. The young lady (don't remember name) and gentleman were very nice and accommodating. She actually cleaned the units which was very unexpected. Two great employees. Sorry it took so long to make a review. Thanks again and a pay raise is in order.”

“I appreciated how polite and professional everyone was. I had a spot there for over 3yrs and the place was always clean, quiet and well kept. My only issue is that they went to a cashless system making electronic payments only. I feel negative about "cashless" anything. Beyond that, they were great!!”

“We were fortunate enough to have an almost new truck; it ran great. We rented a truck for a one-way move of about 300 miles. Drop off location was easy to find; people were friendly and helpful. Return process was quick and easy.”
“Rented a trailer and both the pickup and return were seamless and quick! The trailer looked a little tired but everything worked great! The staff was friendly and the whole vibe felt neighborly and much more comfortable than some of the other U-hauls in the area.
They have a little more limited inventory but this is the new 'go to' rental location!”
