“We go to Red Wing twice a year to get worked boots for my spouse. He gets a voucher to cover partial costs. We weren't sure what the stipulations were and they were able to look up what was qualified and helped us find exactly what he was looking for and more.”

“Think twice before buying from Nicks boots in spokane wa. I bought a pair of boots from them through there trades program. It took almost 1 month to get my boots. I opened the box they were the wrong color which happens if they don't have the color you want on hand not a big deal. They were not steel toe which I payed extra for and it clearly says on the invoice. So they said that's our fault it will take a couple of weeks to rebuild your boots. I get them back two weeks later with correct color and steel toe. My issue is there was no apology from them. I emailed them stating my problem. I gave them every opportunity to make it rite. No extra nothing. I figured maybe an extra pair of laces or something to say they were sorry. The staff in front has no clue what's going on with your boots. They seemed clueless to my issues. When you pay 600 plus $ on boots you expect some kind of quality service. Not from nicks. I will not buy from there again. Nothing against the boot builders and boots they are great. Purely a customer service issue. If I were you I would try Jks boots in spokane. Very disappointed with this company.Update to this post.After posting this nicks reached out to me and were very apologetic. They said they were going to send me a few things as a sorry we messed up. ( I figured they just wanted to get me to delete my review and figured nothing would ever show up) to my surprise they kept their word. I have to commend a company willing to accept responsibility for their mistake and make it rite. So it seems there are companies out there that care about their customers. After speaking with them I will gladly return to their store and recommend them to people in the industry.Thank you Nicks Boots.”

“Great staff and management. They asked what we were looking for and we said shoes. I told her I use to wear globes back in the early 2000s and that most shoes now are narrow with no padding. She recommended a couple different ones and told me about the sale on a couple shoes. The wife picked a pair for me to get my sale price and the woman said those came out today it’s the first ones we have sold today. Will be back for sure.”

“The people who work here are legends. The place was a madhouse today and every employee was smiling, helping people, and working their tail’s off. Despite them being super busy, the lady who helped me offered to get some small wrinkles out of the suit I bought by taking it to the steamer in the back. The crazy thing is, this type of stuff is standard every time I come here. Worth the drive. ??”

“If you care for your feet issues, this place is a hidden gem. Great customer service, great value compared with prescribed orthotics and they work just perfect for me. I really increased comfort and stability with my shoes, so I could focus on exercise with much less pain. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely competent each time I have visited. Highly recommend!”
