“Love buy wander. Absolutely amazing deals on super great items. They are really easy to register and bid with. And if for some reason you are unhappy or decide you don't want to go through with buying an item you won the bid on they are very easy to return and don't make a big deal about winning and changing your mind on an item. Setting the pick up apt and the actual pickup are both very stream line and the employees that bring your items to you have always been very prompt and friendly. But again, THE DEALS ARE RIDICULOUSLY GOOD. for items that are all BRAND NEW, NAME BRAND, Great QUALITY... the only negative I can think of is you won't be able to stop bidding.”

“I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! “I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.”

“This is kind of a rough neighborhood for running a convenience store, and yet the employees here have always been friendly when I come in, regardless of how crazy things are in the place. I will say they should hire a couple more people on the busy times, because it can sometimes be a little messy here. All in all though, good place to grab snacks”
