Sometimes things don't work but it's cheap enough that it doesn't really matter because the other items I purchased are such a great deal. I wish the return timing is longer but it is what it is. Most items are in great condition except maybe the packaging may be bad. Not an issue with me. Highly recommend purchasing from this place and picking up as a bulk.”

“I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! “I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.”

“Lovely place, always has hot food on hand ready, they cook whole pizza, love that you can mobile app ordering yet online ordering can be picked up or delivered. Clean and respectful. Convenient location and open hours, convenient for household items and camping food and road snacks. They have bagged ice 7oz. Cheap and the take ebt. They have good back up yet last minute selection for whatever occasion, whatever time of day n night.”

“I have never written a review before but this guy deserves it. Absolutely the best customer service ever. Scott, the owner will literally do anything to help his customers before or after hours. He also loaned me a phone for over 6 weeks while I was waiting on a phone from insurance that turned out to be a headache. All around great guy and treats his customers like a best friend. I would never go anywhere else again.”
