“Purchased 5 new Pixel 8 phones here, taking advantage of the Verizon trade-in special with our old Pixels. We were not informed that the data copy from our old to new phone was going to cost $40 per phone. This is something very simple for Pixel to Pixel and I have done on my own before. Thought this was the Verizon upgrade fee, until our next Verizon bill also had an upgrade fee on it. Was told by the store sorry, but the fee is not refundable.I know some people are happy to pay someone to move to a new phone, but I'm not happy that they didn't ask first.After posting this, Victra apologized for the misunderstanding on the charges and issued a refund. Since other than that, they were very helpful, I upped the rating to 5 stars.”

“I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! Thank YOu.”
