i went to ace today and got laughed at by the worker that asked to help us. he looked at his coworker and laughed, and treated me like i was the stupidest person in the world. the cashier didn’t even hand me my merchandise. never coming back. i have never been treated so poorly at a store before in my life.

Normally, they offer to help you lift heavy items. This man just walked fast to the big tub of deicer salt said, "Is there anything else?" and walked away. Worst service ever there. If I wanted service like that, I'd go to Lowe's!

Everyone at Ace is always ultra helpful and friendly. Ace clearly puts customer service first. I prefer Ace to Lowes and Home Depot solely based on their customer service.
