We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. “Love the store and I know they dont individually have control over this, but urban outfitters needs to control the prices a bit, a really thin and flimsy bralette is way overpriced for how quickly itll fall apart, still like the store and they make cute stuff. Just not high quality for the price. Good for a season or 2 before it falls apart.”

“Update: Watch your vehicle in the parking lot. I couldn't believe how many shady-looking people with backpacks I saw recently wandering around peoples vehicles. I even saw a girl sitting in one of those islands, looked to be doing drugs.
This location is always clean and organized. Parking is much better here compared to the Home Depot down the road, which has terrible parking availability”

“As a thriller and romance author, I pay attention to space and first impressions, and the Pottery Barn in downtown Spokane surprised me in a good way.
If you enter from the mall side, the store initially feels narrow and compact. It looks like a smaller footprint. But once you step inside and turn right, the space opens up significantly. It runs much deeper than you’d expect and feels far larger than the first glance suggests. There’s also a street-side entrance, which makes access easy from either direction.
The layout is clean and well organized, with all the usual Pottery Barn quality. Furniture displays are thoughtfully arranged, and the decor sections flow naturally from one area to the next. It feels curated without feeling cluttered.
As someone who writes thrillers and romance, I can’t help but imagine scenes unfolding in spaces like this. The staged rooms and textures create atmosphere. It’s easy to picture characters stepping through a setting like this in a novel.
Overall, this is a strong Pottery Barn location. Well laid out. Larger than it looks. Easy to access and consistently polished.”
