Allen's Cycle is a locally owned shop that works on all kinds of bikes, including street bikes, dirt bikes, ATVs, and old bikes that other shops will not even look at. They are known for having an experienced staff that knows what they are doing, offering reasonable service, and making old bikes look new. The shop has a sales floor and a junkyard or boneyard useful for parts and vintage restoration. Many find the people very friendly, helpful, and willing to offer advice at no charge, often going out of their way to fit customers in.
However, one customer reported a visit where they did not feel welcomed and found the customer service unimpressive, feeling the staff seemed too busy to talk. Despite this mixed experience, the shop is generally described as a great place, a gem, and one of the only shops like it anymore.
I came in with an issue on my 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 that no one was able to fix. I took it to this shop and they figured out the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was the only person who was able to fix my bike, forever thankful. I will 100% return for any bike needs!

I dropped off my 2001 Yamaha VStar 1100 for servicing after it had been sitting for 10 years. I got a bike back that has never ran better!! Allen’s Cycle mechanics did an awesome job fixing carburetors and jetted it properly for exhaust . Thank you I love the way this bike runs now :) !!!

I'm a fellow vintage bikes enthusiast with a small shop in Dallas. These brothers are the real deal with a lot of history around here. I like the builds they had in hand.
