“First of all, I have never in my life went to ANY business and be treated this AMAZING! The customer service displayed by the manager Tasha Maria was hands down the best I've experienced thus far. Not only did she and the others treat me the way a customer should be treated, but they also treated me like family. Helping me out to make sure I could get a nice new phone, charging my old phone and helped me set up my new phone. All the while just talking and actually enjoying the experience. I was a Verizon customer my whole life and now, I wish I would have made the switch sooner. Spokane, if you want an amazing experience with friendly people who actually care about the customer, this cricket wireless store is the place to go. “I was heading into town and was going to be arriving right at 7 when they closed and only had to drop off my trade in phone. I called and Sam answered and told me he would let me in when I arrived and no worries if it was a few after 7. Well I apparently called the wrong store because I went to the one by Fred Meyers and got it turn in. About 15 after 7 poor Sam called to see if I’d still be stopping by to do the trade in. I apologized profusely and Sam was completely understanding. although I didn’t do my actual business here, Sam was great by staying late and I’d definitely recommend! Awesome customer service!”

“Honestly the best, most dedicated customer service I've ever seen from Verizon-- and I've had Verizon since 2004. I had some serious issues with my calls/texts after a plan switchover mid-cycle. I went on countless chats and calls with zero real help. I went in this morning and Sojiah did his best, but didn't really have a solution either. So I went home, and then suddenly I couldn't even connect a call *to* Verizon's tech support. I went back and Sojiah called FOR me. Not only was he on the phone for about an hour, but he handled four other customers by himself jumping on and off hold for me. One customer was unreasonable and irate, and Sojiah still remained calm, professional, and helped them. When the call for me was getting nowhere he went to bat for me and demanded the call be escalated. He called them for me again, and helped someone else while I talked to the tech. My issue was fortunately resolved, and I really do NOT think it would have been if not for his help!”
