“Glad I went to the ATT store! The online guy I talked to really screwed us over. I had a 26% service discount with my previous job. The guy on the phone said as a veteran I could get a 25% discount for life regardless of my job status (if I changed positions or something). Well he neglected to tell me that it was only if I was active duty!? The veterans discount is only 15%, so I'm an instant loser in that respect. Just so happens I had a career change and I can't go back to my other discount, so we're screwed. I'd switch, but whatever they tell you the other carriers are just as bad. At least the guy in this store was honest and up front with me. He knows his stuff. Didn't try to sell me on anything else either. Will go back there instead of online when I need anything else.”
