Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The gave me the wrong equipment then refused to make it right. They refused to give me the correct Apple Watch after they realized that they made a mistake. The area manager literally laughed in my face.

I had a previous poor experience but when I went in a second time the staff were very helpful and listened to my complaints. They helped me get the phone I wanted and it is arriving sooner than expected. Very impressed.
