“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.”

“Had a great experience here! I took my vehicle here for an oil change and diagnostics, and they went into so much more depth than I anticipated! They list everything out by urgency/importance and really go into detail about what needs done. The diagnostic report was sent to my email within a few hours, which was really nice to have the time to go over everything and speak to my husband and decide what all we wanted to do. I always feel under pressure at other places to make a decision quickly and I did not feel that here. Kelby was professional, yet friendly, and was very knowledgeable! He was very forthcoming and seemed genuine about what he thought we should do moving forward. Corey was great, too! He also added in his input, as well! So we got two professional opinions at once.
We definitely found our regular mechanic!

“Although I initially thought I would have to leave my Chevy 3500HD for a diagnostic scanning, before I left ICDI ran the scanner test, determined a glow plug was to blame, and completed the repair and an oil change the same day, despite being scheduled out two weeks for major repairs. “Walked in late one afternoon and told them my problems how my engine is puttering and my brakes were screaming and Mr. Martin said I don't need an appointment just bring it in and they can fix it for me. I dropped my van off the next morning and they did exactly only what they needed, which was awesome because any of the other garages I had taken a vehicle to would, what I felt like, was ROB ME BLIND! Not at Martins, after riding my bad brakes for so long I thought for sure I was going to need new roters, but no, they resurfaced my roters so I did not need to pay for brand new ones which was awesome! I am very pleased with thier work and honesty, but most of all the kindness and respect I recieved for customer service. PS: they also found why my engine was puttering (misfiring) and fixed that problem for me also. Thank you Martins Auto Services!”

“My wife went out to start her car this morning and it wouldn't start. Called Vandervert and they were great on the phone and said I could drop it off and they would work it in this week. I was luckily able to get it to the shop after a jump. Matt was awesome and tested the battery for us and it did turn out to be the battery. Tested the alternator just to be sure and it was fine. Got us in right away and the battery was done in minutes. Definitely will be back for anything else we need done.”
