Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest is a clean, organized, and well-stocked store. Many find it one of the better Goodwills, with a good turnover of items and a pleasant staff that is often described as helpful and awesome. Shoppers report finding a wide selection, including cool games, nice kids' clothes, interior decorations, furniture, dishes, and media. The store is convenient, with clothes organized by size and clean, well-lit dressing rooms. However, some concerns are noted. A few customers feel pricing is inconsistent and going up, with questions about how items are priced. There is also a report of rude behavior from staff at the donation area, which negatively impacted one donor's experience. The store's mission is to help people overcome barriers through community donations funding job training and other programs. While not a source for rare collectibles, it is considered a great way to find basics, necessities, and quirky items for a fraction of the cost of buying new.
We visited at the end of December of 2024 and found several cool games, nice kids clothes and interior decoration. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of items.

Are they pricing items based on brand or condition, after all the stuff... read full comment
