“We were in town for a quick over night stay and my son was having issues restringing and tuning his guitar so we stopped at the first music store we saw... Which just happened to be Hoffman Music with the super cool art covered building.
I'm not sure what the young man's name was (update: found our receipt, his name is Josiah) but he was very patient with my son. He explained everything he was doing and why while my son watched intently. He says he learned a lot from this young man. We are very happy with the assistance we received!”

“One of the few thrift stores that has furniture so that's what drew me in. They didn't have much of that but they had SO MUCH at this store! It's huge! It's loaded with items at excellent prices! Items are priced like a thrift store, not a discount store which is ideal. Lots of people but not crowded since it's so big. Has dressing rooms. The book section is enormous! You may want to go here first since I feel their prices are the best of the thrift stores I have visited.”

“One of my favorite thrift stores in Spokane, and I've been to nearly all of them!

It's a tiny store, which I kind of like. Lots of super vintage items, not a lot of modern pieces, which is what I look for. Lots of high quality pieces donated, too. Very moderate prices. I buy a lot of home goods and vintage dresses and women's tops here. Bought a few pieces of art over the years.

Owned and operated by St John's Cathedral, which is one of the churches that *actually* helps people in Spokane including our homeless brethren and LGBTQ neighbors.

Very limited hours. I can't tell you how many times I've shown up on a Sunday,
forgetting they're closed, and had to wait until next weekend... Still my favorite.”

“I have saved thousands of dollars buying brand new or as good as new tools from Spokane Thrift. They make great use of the space they work with and he has an eye for the useful, cool, and necessary. If you enjoy thrift shopping,or just like to save money, this place is a must stop.”

“What an amazing little spot! We stumbled upon this place by accident, and it was such a cool store. I was stunned at how great all of the items inside were. I went in looking for a purse, and there were several brand name options. I also found this super cool rocking horse. It was in pristine condition. I highly recommend this spot. Great thrift items and supporting a great cause.”

“I go here to for my housing resources to meet my case worker. They keep very good communication with me. They make me feel very welcome in the auss. Maybe we feel like they really would love to help me. They're reaching out to me constantly. Reminding me of my appointments and they go over the board as. Nonprofit organization”

“Person who was taking donations was fairly nice. Asked that we unload our stuff on to the loading dock, which was fine. Then went and got a dolly for our little stuff. Took a newer screen door to them and they were happy to take it. I try to donate “previously enjoyed” house items because I know they have a store. I have even purchased items from the store, like doors and such. Great place to go if you are on a budget.”

“The best of the goodwill locations in and around spokane. Its definitely one of the older goodwill spots but it consistently has a better range of goods at fair prices. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The donation drop off is easy to get into and out of and they are happy to help unload what you bring. If you find something too large to carry out yourself they will help you load it up around the side of the building. The store is cleaner than several of the goodwills around and does have a restroom and water fountain for those that need it. The area isn't the best but they have security and I feel safe in their store and the clientele is less sketchy than other goodwills in town. You never know what you will find but I seem to find more things here than any of the other goodwills. Parking lot isn't the largest but I can almost always find a spot. Traffic on the roads around can get pretty heavy but as long as you are patient when you leave you can find a break in traffic.”

“I’ve been going to this store for many years now. (20+). Always the best prices and plenty of inventory. I would highly recommend this Salvation Army store to anyone.”

“Clean store, but some clothes were not in correct size row. There were hardly any paperbacks and books were only in a general area not well organized by subject. Personnel seemed friendly and efficient.”

“The location on Third Street is huge! Row upon row of clothes in all sizes. I'm always amazed when I find new clothes with the tags still on, and I often find high quality labels. Real leather handbags can often be found. They have a large section of curtains, decorative pillows and blankets. Free parking lot attached.”

“I was at Goodwill shopping and when I returned to my car, my steering wheel was locked and my key wouldn’t turn in the ignition. I tried pulling on it both directions and never could get the key to turn or my engine to start after many attempts. I went inside and immediately was greeted by Clayton who works security there. I told him about my situation and he was very willing to come and see if he could help get my car to start. He was able to get my key to turn on the first try. I was so relieved and appreciative for his help. He is always very friendly greeting guests as they come in and wishing them a good rest of their day as they leave. Thanks again Clayton, for getting me on my way!”

“Seriously the GREATEST EVER... I LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE,.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I would go here everyday and find something new if I could. It's huge and has the best prices and most of the employees are so genuinely kind and care about you. Some stores like value village pretend to be throat when their prices are higher then Walmart ect.. so finding true thrift with actual prices someone with little money cN buy all their needs for clothing and housewares anf still have enoigh for groceries.. it's a big deal . Thank you so much.. and here is a photo of my greatest treasure I've found this far..
It is a 1874 dish from Royal Worcester... Absolutely incredible and in perfect condition...”

“They had a really great selection of children clothes, particularly the boy size 4-5T. I have not been to this location in a while and now they have self check out lines there which I found interesting but all in all this place is a good size, has amazing selection in all categories and was extremely cleanly”
