Bad experience. Bait and switch. Booked vehicle and they jacked up the price $500 at pick up after already quoted with all fees. No reason for the increase. Do not do business with this company.

Nyisha it’s an awesome sales lady. Seriously, if I lived here I needed an awesome sales person for my force, I would find her. Don’t lose this one Hertz. ?

We reserved a 4 door sedan and they gave us a pickup!!! I have arthritis in my spine and pelvis and it was hard to get in the pickup!!! There was NO running boards to help. If I wanted a off road pickup I would have reserved one.!!!!
