Every time we rent from this place, the car we paid for, they don’t have in. Then they try to get us to get a more expensive vehicle, wanting us to pay lots more or downsize our vehicle size and don’t adjust that we paid for a larger vehicle. EVERY SINGLE TIME

Terrible Customer Service…We made a reservation prior to coming to Spokane had all identification required and your associate (Jake) was asking for additional ID intentionally making it difficult to rent your car he was rude and made it very obvious that he was prejudiced. Never Again!
