We were skeptical at first because we never heard of Cutting Edge Communications, however, we have been so beyond pleased with them. They truly provide the best internet and customer service! Plus you can’t beat their prices. In the past year we have never had an issue with our internet going out and the speed of the internet is top notch with any other high speed internet company.We will always use them as our internet company from now on.”

“Truthfully, I read the reviews and thought this would be a good company to avoid. But, as I searched for other internet providers for my new home in Fairfield, they all struck out. Several did not respond back to me. Some would not give much details on their service. One out right lied to me about their speed and service (we have a home office plus stream videos......said that was no problem. It was and their tech admitted it afterwards, but not until after I had signed a 2-year contract.) And one company actually did come out, but told me they didn't have signal at my house. Meanwhile, two different of my neighbors told me they were with Cougar Wireless. So I finally called. I got Janet. She is businesslike. If you want flirty, that ain't her (and probably shouldn't be). She provided great service, was nice, got me lined out, was totally transparent. The tech (I forget his name) showed up on time and installed without problem and did not leave until I had tested the speed in several different ways and made sure it worked. He listened to my concerns and explained what he was doing and why. Great service again. And guess what? We now have great high speed internet and are enjoying it. No spinning, no error messages. It is working great. 5 Stars, no question. I only wish I had started my shopping here and ignored the poor reviews.”

“Well I won't get into details. I have had the worst experience with verizon after switching 6 month ago. After months of calling talking to people and going into stores I stopped by the verizon store on Division and Francis. I was greeted by Geri and Daniel. I expressed my frustrations with the whole ordeal and they just listened. After they helped me the best way they could and even though it wasn't the resolve I wanted it was a happy medium. I can say they are the first two people who actually heard what I had to say and offered a solution that was better than doing nothing like the 60 other people I've talked to over the last 6 months. I want to say thank you for doing something. Geri and Daniel thank you.”

“I had a serviceman come out to my house today, his name is Leonard Lee, he was kind and very helpful. I'm so thankful I was home when he arrived because I had some questions about the modem and setting up process- he was very knowledgeable and patient (especially with my 18 month old curious daughter who wanted to touch all his equipment) Leonard is a very genuine person, you never know with serviceman but I felt safe and the service provided was above and beyond! I was a previous Xfinity customer and would recommend CenturyLink over Xfinity based on their customer service and realizability. I also spoke to Lindsey with customer service and she helped me as well. Again. Leonard Lee- outstanding individual and great service!”
“I was having all kinds of trouble getting my account details sorted out. Jason, the store manager, was a rock star - getting on the phone with T-Mobile support and walking through the entire process with me; getting me an updated account and saving me a significant amount of time and money. Then he walked me through the details, and helped me download the T-Life app and getting me set up.
I know that's not the most glamorous effort - not selling new phones or new plans. But I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years - and thanks to his effort I plan to be for many more years. Honestly the best customer service I've ever had from a cell phone company. He went above and beyond to solve my problems - thanks Jason!”
