The National team at the Spokane WA airport were friendly and very helpful wanting to make sure we received a vehicle that would suit our needs. It was clean and well maintained. Only complaint would be that they had the longest line for car rentals and had to wait over 30 minutes - and I'm and Emerald Club member.

National Car Rental at Spokane airport had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a rental counter!! Super easy, in and out quickly and they were even able to help update an account that corporate had troubles with.Keep up the good work!!!Thanks again!!!

Quick friendly service picking up vehicle. Great vehicle, brand new Highlander. Had to extend my stay, they provided a seamless process to take care of it at my location instead of having to drive an hour and a half back to where I rented it from. Worked out great!
