Awesome service at this location. Our plane got stuck on the tarmac and I called to let them know. They were still able to assist 5 minutes past close. My other option would’ve been spending the night at the airport. I also got a nice upgrade! Thank you to the team at Alamo!

All was absolutely great!.Great vehicle,great communication,ease of renting and dropping off.Southwest airlines delayed us 48 hours(??) and they were able to extend our vehicle with no problems which we were so thankful for!!!!???

The gentleman at the counter was ever so pleasant to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. They put us in a different car which turned out to be a great car. Would definitely recommend Alamo in Spokane for car rental. Return was great, the young lady working returns was great.Thank you for a wonderful experience.
