I have had only one problem with a pkg I had to send to the post office itself. It wasn't deliverable to a PO Box. It evidently was overlooked and I wasn't notified. It was almost sent back. Otherwise the service is very nice though not all of Joe's subs are always pleasant.

Supervisor and clerk went out of their way to help me find my lost package. When they were unable to, the info they provided helped me get the company to send a replacement! Thank you!
