She wouldn’t accept defeat and we tried different things til I was able to walk out with everything that two other clerks had tried to figure out . “Great store, customer service is wonderful. Store is very tidy and well stocked. The only negative, like most stores these days is that there always seems like there are more check stands closed than open and the self checkout is packed with customers lined up down the aisles waiting for a turn yet there's a whole other bank of self checkout stands closed and unattended. This place is usually very busy and the wait can be a lesson in patience. Must note, deli is pretty good if you time it right.”

“So convenient, super friendly, prices aren't too bad. I always round up when buying a load of stuff from here, so when I get to the register I'm usually expecting $10 more than it actually is, lol. The only reason I give a 4/5 star is because of one particular Employee.. cant remember her name. She's just very judgmental and rude to some of the lower-income families that stop by for different items. Not sure what that's about but she even once tried double charging their kids' order. Anyways, love the store and visit frequently <3”
“Handy to fuel up after....or before shopping, but sometimes a bit difficult to get into because of traffic in the parking lot. Always have found pleasant people in the pay station .”
“Haggen's pharmacy is the best. I've had a lot of different pharmacies that were just so so, like rite AIDS, Walgreen, and the rest. Haggens pharmacy in Stanwood,whenever there's been an issue if I can't resolve it, they get online with my insurance or my doctor and get it cleared that day. I am really impressed. Stanwood Haggen's also is good for vaccinations. I have walked in several times stand in a short line. Wait, my turn and bam get my vaccination. You can't beat it.”
“Our regular pharmacy was out my husband's meds and we were able to find it at Bartell's. We were so impressed with their care and friendliness, we switched pharmacies even though it's a longer drive. It was a great decision. We are so happy here! :)”

“14 year old girls (employees) dislike an older gentleman because he talks alot and has an odor.
He talks alot because he lives alone. He has an odor for much the same reason... this guy is Salt of the earth. A hard worker. An honest man. A born again Christian. A community volunteer helping aged veterans. He raised a daughter and a son successfully. To tell him not to talk to your employees is shameful. 14 year old girls are picky and petty, I have 4 daughters.
A proper response might be to counsel the 14 year olds a to be nice to everyone, because mommy and daddy aren't there to pay for everything for the folks they make fun of behind their backs. You've lost a handful of customers on this one.
You have cameras in the store. Perhaps you should check them to see the interaction, then check where the girls are 5 min later. My bet is trash talking the man who is spending money in your store because he's "weird". I promise you this man's actions and words would cause not even the slightest perception of impropriety.
