They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. “Running a collision repair shop can be a serious grind especially trying to locate quality parts that can be severely limited by what insurance companies will pay for (and a heads up to you folks actually read what is in your policy you are agreeing to!) but if I'm in a bind I know I have a great chance of having GP to help us out. The best part is when I call up they never sound defeated like so many other vendors offering the same product but usually for more money.”

“Picked up load here. Called day ahead and was told I can arrive and back into door 61. They'll be closed but will start loading in the morning. Company across the lot is very busy with drop, hook and moving containers all day and all night... if you come here to sleep, you are not gonna get any, trust me. There is a truck stop 1.8 miles away, but they charge $28 for 24 hrs... so probably you are not gonna sleep there either...locked my trailer at 630am and was loaded by 1045am... floor load of tires... way too long but at least I didn't have to start the clock until I was ready to roll.”

Brought it in for the appt and the fault was quickly diagnosed. When the part arrived, Jennifer worked my rig back into the shop schedule. Cummins Sumner was one of the best repair services I have experienced with this RV. The only delay was waiting for the part. Jennifer kept me advised on status along the way. I would not hesitate to use Cummins Sumner again, nor to recommend them to others. We'll done.”
