“I had a really great experience at Twin Lakes Vet with Dr. Schaezler. She was wonderful with my dog, Rocky Ray, who is normally terrified of people. She was so gentle and patient with him that he actually liked her, which says a lot!
Dr. Schaezler was also very easy to talk to and took the time to give Rocky Ray a thorough exam. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary tests or treatments. Instead, she explained what she found and gave me several treatment options so I could decide what worked best for us.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care we received. I felt like she genuinely cared about Rocky Ray and wasn’t just trying to run up the bill.”
“I would give them more stars if possible, My Prince Persi had a cut that they were able to treat immediately with such great customer care for me and Prince. From start to finish they were so good at providing calmness to me and Prince while treating the cut and keeping Prince calm. Emails and follow-up calls plus the cost just puts this place over the top. Highly recommend this place.”

“I got my rescue dog, almost 11 years ago And I was referred to A valley animal hospital To get her shots and get spayed. I have been going there ever since, And this morning, I had to take that dog in to be put down. Never have I had a complaint about them. Dr. Ross and Dr. Ivy, we’re both wonderful, Caring, compassionate and never recommend any Unnecessary treatments. My experience these past 11 years has been nothing but five star. I may not Get another dog due to my advanced age, But if I do, I will definitely go this place as long as they are there.”

“Thank you for neutering my GSP/Australian Shepherd mix Charley! He is recovering well at home. Dr Emerson and his staff were great, their customer service and communication 10/10. I drove over and hour to get this surgery done for Charley because the vet hospitals in my vicinity were looking at around $700+😵💫 So, Dr Emerson wanted to see Charley for an evaluation before the actual procedure and it was very affordable. He also addressed Charley’s ear infection FOR FREE because our other vet wanted to charge us over $100 to apply medicine and send us home with it. Then, when Charley got fixed we asked at the end of the appointment if they have any nausea meds because he gets really carsick. The kind lady who helped us checkout asked the dr for us, once again he registered nausea meds to Charley free of charge. Coming from our original vet who wanted to charge us an insane fee to Dr Emerson who simply cares for the wellbeing of my dog was absolutely flabbergasting. He restored my faith in good people for real. Thank you Dr Emerson and team, you guys are amazing. I appreciate you guys so much😭❤ Male neuter all together was $375, totally affordable compared to the prices in my town (not including his first visit appointment but that was also affordable, it was less than $100. They got us on the schedule swiftly right after seeing us!)”

“I wouldn't trust any other Vet with my dog. The staff is friendly, understanding and empathetic. Ottis recently had a teeth cleaning that went great. My dog has a heart murmur so going under anesthesia is always a risk. The Vets ran a few extra blood tests to make sure by baby would be safe. My dog also had a CCL surgery here and they did an AMAZING job. I also appreciate that they follow up in 24 hours to make sure your family member ( your pet) is doing ok. I would recommend Lake Tapps Vet to ALL! Thank you.”

“What a breath of fresh air. We’ve been to a few vets for both our cats and for our dog. But most recently our male cat has been having a mix of medical and behavioral issues. After a few unproductive clinic visits that probably stressed him out more than anything else, we realized that we needed help from someone who would take their time during the appointment and really give a strong second opinion, given ALL the details!
Enter Dr Craig and the cat doctor staff! Everyone there is so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and they listen. The staff are friendly and helpful. I felt that Dr Craig gave holistic options and a real plan on how to tackle the issues my cat has been dealing with for over a year. I’m so encouraged to know that Dr Craig and team are on board to help us navigate the next steps.
A few specific differences for us:
Urinary test was done on the spot within 10 min, not a take home kit that gets processed hours or even days later, with results taking up to a week.
Immediate ultrasound with amazing vet techs who kept my cat calm/ comfy. We got to see the imaging and learned what doc is looking for. Also immediate relief from getting answers! Finally!
After Talking through a reasonable game plan, we left the appointment with everything we need to make it happen. No extra online ordering, no trips to other stores, no collecting samples ourselves and wondering what the result will be all week.
Long story short… I’ll be recommending The Cat Doctor to friends and family!”

“I just had my cat Allison spayed here and everyone was very kind, it went really well, they checked up on her afterwards and most of all the cost was very low! I had called around to many vet offices and they were by far the cheapest option although I didn’t feel like I was compromising on quality care! Their office is very clean and staff is very friendly! Allison was really comfortable with everyone and did great. She was going potty outside of the litter box and after her surgery she has completely stopped doing that! I’m ecstatic! I’d happily drive the 20 minutes from Tacoma to bring my animals here! I’m so glad I found them!”
“The staff here is exceptionally empathetic and kind. We went to a couple other clinics in the area before settling on Nurtured Noses. Here they treat you and your pet like family, not just another source of income. Dr. Preston is very professional and isn't the type of vet that feels they have to oversimplify everthing when talking to you. When working through our dog's health issues, we received a call and an email both detailing what was going on and what our options for the next steps would be. The communication is top tier.
They offer urgent care services, though you'll have to be patient so they can work you in between scheduled appointments.”

“This place is very reasonably priced and the people here are very kind. Both times I got vaccines for my dog, I called and they literally got me in right away. 15 minutes later. The visit was $79, one parvo shot $40, bordatella $28. I called around like 5 different places locally and they all had around a week or more wait and they were all $80 and up for the visit. This place was the best priced and no wait what so ever.”

Doctor Amie Besola was accommodating and provided a professional estimate before moving forward with the most incredible treatment and care that was given I had to share.. please be aware, Lucy's before pics are a bit difficult to view. She was bitten on the soft part of her nose but the skill Dr. Besola and her staff took was amazing and her after photos deserved comment I will also say that my dog's demeanor and attitude is like nothing ever happened. 💕”
