“My lady friend and I were traveling with our two grandkids taking them back to Zillah when we needed to make a quick rest stop. I turned around and came to the Hiway Fruit Texaco. There was a sign on the door stating "No Public Restrooms". I went in and the gal behind the counter referred us to be who I figured was the owner. He led us back to the employee restroom. I know he didn't have to do this but he showed grace in a unpleasent situation. Thank you so very much for your kindness to someone you didn't know. “Great store, amazing employees, except for maybe one person. Otherwise they go that extra mile to help you get what you're looking for. Store is very well maintained and always clean. Bathrooms are very clean as well. Not like most other convenient store restrooms in the area., which are nasty scary. All in all a great place for the quick snack and gas. They also have Adventure and nitro club deals that are the best...”

“I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this place. I have been staying here when needed since I pull out of DariGold regularly. They have all been very nice to me and have not charged me for parking or even mentioned it to me. I like the smaller and quieter truck stops. This one is very convenient with plenty of parking, quiet, open 24 hours, Cat Scale, Dennys in same parking lot and a Burger King just across the street. Yes there are a few holes in the parking lot but use your brain and drive slow! If you want to be treated nicely and respectfully then do the same to them! It’s called common sense and common courtesy!”
