“Prices are a bit high, HOWEVER, this store has one thing that no other store (at least to my knowledge) in Southeastern Washington has: Peruvian products. Here you can find Inca kola, panetón, ají amarillo congelado, maíz morado, and many more. This stuff doesn't come cheap, but good luck finding it anywhere else.”
“My lady friend and I were traveling with our two grandkids taking them back to Zillah when we needed to make a quick rest stop. I turned around and came to the Hiway Fruit Texaco. There was a sign on the door stating "No Public Restrooms". I went in and the gal behind the counter referred us to be who I figured was the owner. He led us back to the employee restroom. I know he didn't have to do this but he showed grace in a unpleasent situation. Thank you so very much for your kindness to someone you didn't know. “Have been shopping at this Safeway for the last 5 years, since we moved to Sunnyside, and it is very convenient having this Safeway in the middle of town. Having a Starbucks in this Safeway is an even better amenity! Thank you to all the Safeway employees that make this Safeway operate smoothly as it has. Keep up the good work.”

“Looks like an older Safeway that they’ve updated remodel the bed and spruce it up so it looks a lot nicer and modernize so they have pretty much everything you can water need here in certain easy to find location of a definitely come here again”

“Nice place with tons of affordable options. All the departments are well put together. The store is nice and tidy and they have a great wine selection. I’ve also had great conversations with both owners of the place and they seem to be real nice people. It’s not often you find a place that feels like it isn't ran by a big cooperation. I definitely will be shopping at grocery outlet for the foreseeable future.”
