“I've always seen this place but had never been in. It was recommended to us by a gentleman at Men's Warehouse because we wanted a different fit than what they offered. We were immediately greeted and there were several helpful employees happily giving pointers for my husband's first suit since retiring from the military. The tailor did a great job! The lady who sizes shirts was super helpful and the lady at the register was a joy. I love this place and will drag him back for more fancy attire!”

“Great place to watch a ball game on a summer afternoon. I hold summit club tickets which have a couple places you can watch the game and enjoy unlimited beer/wine and snacks. Bob who works in the summit club is the best! Takes his job serious but is also fun to talk to. Bella (server) is also a great worker. She takes orders without mistakes and always has a smile on her face.”

“I just had an amazing experience, with the employee Victor at the Tacoma Mall location. My masters graduation is this Friday, and we fly out to Boston on Tuesday so I had a weird situation where I needed to buy the pants at the store and ship my correct sized jacket to my Boston address. He not only honored the online discount, but found a better deal for me! I forgot to tell him expedited shipping, however, he called customer service himself and was able to get it changed to 1day shipping, with no added cost! I can’t thank Victor enough, this is a massive milestone in my life, and he helped me make sure I was truly taken care of from start to finish. Not to mention that when I entered the store earlier he personally helped me look through all of the different physical jackets, overall 10/10 experience!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️First of all, you guys are great! You always have great customer service, everybody’s always super busy working hard, and you have a great selection and I’ve been shopping there for many, many, years….buuuuuut….Every once in a while, I’ll get a plastic price tag thread that has been shoved up into the seam of the collar of my Tshirt, and when I snap the tag off or the plastic thread holding the price tag, the top piece that breaks off gets stuck inside the seam of the collar, and after a while of wearing it, it will start to scratch or poke me in the neck, sometimes, not all the time, but when it does it’s super annoying lol, and you can’t get this little broken piece out of the collar seam without (being a Ninja) poking a hole in your shirt, stretching it out, or destroying the threads a little bit…is there anyway that you guys could find a different spot to put the price tag? lol Probably not, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who’s been bummed out by this and it’s NOT a super big deal…just a heads up. In the picture you can see where the plastic price tag thread goes up under the collar seam. When that top part of the plastic thread gets snapped off, that little plastic piece gets stuck up in the collar seam, and it can be sharp enough to poke through and scratch or poke your neck…so annoying…lol…I still gave you guys a FIVE STAR rating and I still shop there all the time ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I use this location for my Amazon returns.
On January 21, 2026, I had about 6 returns that day. One of returns I inadvertently set up for return to whole foods. The lady told me to step out of the line and cancel and correct return. It was verybusy.
I never corrected issue and told her but she used scanner and said it was accepted.
She told me to just explain this to Amazon.
After 4 attempts to correct problem I was told by Amazon there was nothing they could do because item never arrived.
Unacceptable verbiage the lady told me. She should have known better.”

“Karina with a K was a horrible individual. I was so close to losing my cool, but for obvious reasons I can’t. But I was there twice over the last two days and I spent my childhood roaming these hallowed halls (when the Bon Marche was here), so I couldn’t let the incredible work of literally every other employee and the manager go unnoticed. Though Karina said “may you have the holiday you deserve,” and I was briefly tempted to correct her error, the manager and the other regular staff helped me, my sister, my brother yesterday. I’ll call corporate separately about Karina, and speak to her about unprofessionalism, but this store is full of staff that cares, and that deserves to be celebrated, especially during the holiday season. Super props to the manager. As most people, I’ve shopped at H&M for years, and to grab gifts and fast fashion finds, but knowledgeable, kind staff take the experience to the highest level. Again, Karina was horrible, but literally every other team member was kind, informative and intelligent. Kudos to the management team”

“I walked in today anxiously trying to find clothes for a date. A sweet worker helped pick out several different outfits to give me variety, listened to what I felt complimented my body and not once made me feel pressured to buy anything.
I left the store leaving with a jacket and boots that made me feel beautiful the entire night.

“I have been to many Plato's closet locations throughout my life and my travels. I've been to the Reno store which is a really nice one actually, it has a sister store that has different styles and more professional clothing. So if you're going in for some Jays' and some Rock, Revival jeans and affliction shirts, they have them at the regular Plato's closet, but right next to it. There's a sister store and that store has suits and professional dress shoes and has really nice coats and so forth. It's pretty cool! The stores I have been to are all so different and have a different style to them and I think it's pretty cool that you can get the same jeans. You'll pay over $200 for at the mall at the buckle. Or you can go to Plato's closet and get those same jeans for lower than half the price. So yeah I think it's great!”
