“What an incredible experience I had here with my boyfriend. He had sold a lot of Pokemon cards to them (at least a binder full) and a couple weeks later my bf got a call telling him that they found more valuable cards and wanted to pay him more money! Who does that?! We are thankful for the incredible service of the staff here. They're friendly and helpful and run their business how people should. Plus, the sports memorabilia here is mind-blowing!”

“Outstanding ski tune up! I gouged my skis to the core on a rock. Needed the custom tune up plus 50% more. They came out looking like new! I can’t tell where the repairs were. And they skied great! Super pleased!”

I really appreciate trying to get me into the best clubs for me and what was most comfortable as opposed to the most expensive clubs they could find me. “I had such a great experience at REI thanks to an incredibly helpful associate named Mary. I was looking for a HEST pillow that appeared to be out of stock, and despite it being an extremely busy weekend with sales going on, she went above and beyond to track one down that was still available. She never made me feel rushed and kept me updated throughout the process.
Not only was she amazing, but every employee I interacted with was kind, communicative, positive, and genuinely eager to help. That welcoming attitude and shared passion for the outdoors is what makes REI stand out. It never feels like you’re just shopping in a store it feels like you’re talking with people who truly enjoy helping others get outside and have the right gear.

“Overall I was very pleased with my visit. The owner along with the staff was very nice and professional and when I left i did not feel taken advantage of or ripped off.I will definitely return to Northwest Sportscards in the near future for selling more of my cards and future purchases as well.I went into this establishment last weekend with it being my first time going there. I buy a lot of cards and resell a lot of sealed packs/boxes. I went in to try to sell partial of my inventory of sealed sports cards due to my job hrs slowing down and met the Owner who was the one who helped me out he took the time to price out all that I brought him and then gave me an offer. Even though the offer was not exactly what I had in mind his offer was more than fair since I know his business needs to profit as well. He also took all types of cards I brought in and didn’t just pick and choose a few of the good ones he took Everything I brought in which I really appreciated.I highly recommend this sports card shop to anyone wanting great product and anyone wanting great helpful and friendly service.”
“Came in for some golf clubs, I was pleasantly surprised at the selection. I was fighting people on marketplace for days trying to get a set together to play. However I now know my answer is here. I picked up a good set at a good price, they even gave me a good deal on a putter to add in. Fantastic place will be a regular customer.”

He didn't have the part but steered me to their Seattle store, and they sent it down to Tacoma, which was easier for me to get to. Chris helped me and didn't charge me for the part or the service. Excellent customer service!”

“Staff is awesome! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! Great prices and lotsa sales, especially on clothing and athletic gear. They even have room air-conditioners on sale for 249 if I remember right! I choose Big 5 over Dick's 6 days a week and 2 times on sunday!!”
“Store is dressed up very nicely as is what you’d expect at a bass pro/cabelas. It was pretty challenging to find help which follows an ongoing theme of understaffing at this chain however. What help I did find seemed uninterested and annoyed to be there. (Also looked kinda dirty but he didn’t shove a credit card in my face so I’ll give it a pass) Store is well stocked but the selection seems kinda sparse, especially compared to the online selection.”

“Matti helped me get with getting into a fitting room and I had just realized I had left a bag of purchased items somewhere in the store and wasn’t sure where. Matti was so helpful and reassured me she would do her best to find it for me while I waited at the dressing room. She was able to locate it within a few minutes and brought it to me. She was so helpful and friendly.”

“As of February 2026- I had read the previous reviews and was terrified to go to the store because my online order had a security tag on it. Well, I was able to return my items seamlessly then able to browse and shop in a nice environment. Every staff person was very helpful. Hemming was so easy! Great store location and staff!”

“My wife needed either orthotics or new shoes. The very helpful staff member did a scan of her feet, & based on the results was able to order custom made orthotic.
He also was able to pick out shoes specific to my wife's foot size & shape.
She left with new shoes & is very happy.”
