“This is the best ACU branch. I've been a member for 15 years and I've met many tellers and staff members. But this branch in particular gave me the best experience of all. One of the supervisors (Sergio Lopez) greeted me and helped me with what I needed. From the very beginning he treated me like a friend instead of a customer and I will never forget it. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also). WHAT I LIKE MOST: is their continual cheerful and polite customer service; and my, it takes you back, and causes you to check your demeanor and mannerisms.
