“I want to say Julie at this branch was very helpful in a check I messed up on, and want her help recognized. As well as all branches, except Hawks prairie branch mgr there, she is the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered since my time with ACU. I’m a signer at my job and I signed a check at this location and the teller refused to except this check as well as the branch mgr. I had another payroll check with my signature on it and they excepted that one. But since I signed the one and then not knowing I was a signer refused to do so. And then told me, if I would of signed the check at my work it would of been okay. I said what’s the difference if I sign it there or here and wdnt call my job or the bank I’m a signer on to resolve this.”

“Over the past few months I have become acquainted with and assisted by Heather Austerman at your Lakewood Branch. In one instance deposits of more than $16000 were made into my ACU checking account in error by an unknown third party from another state. I asked Heather to help me return those funds. Instead, and with my best interest in mind, she immediately suspected a potential scam. She contacted your fraud department and with their help after a challenging series of events the source of the deposit was identified and the funds were returned to their origin.I was so impressed with Heather's service and personal attention that I later asked if she could help me with an auto lease buyout. I had difficulty obtaining a lease buyout packet from the dealership. Heather called the dealership on my behalf. They had no idea what a lease buyout packet is and she had to educate them! Once that requirement was met Heather converted that lease to an ACU car loan for me AND, at my request, she concurrently adjusted the limit on my ACU Visa card.I've had accounts at another bank for forty years. Never have I received the level of service from them that I received from Heather. Her professionalism, communication style and "pulling out the stops" personal attention were nothing less than exemplary.I want to underscore my remarks by saying that I am a semi-retired professor of marketing and former independent sales and customer service corporate training consultant, therefore my customer service "bar" is very high. Heather met and surpassed that bar!”

On average, I receive my paychecks four business days in advance; and even earlier, during the holidays, not later, as many other institutions practice. The tellers, whether experienced or not, are highly qualified subject experts in matters concerning most/all of my financial needs; and this is what I liked second to most: if Anyone, whether teller or manager does not know an answer, they ask the right individual (no matter what status) the appropriate inquiry to their craft- THEY GET THE RIGHT ANSWER FOR YOU, and not a load of useless waste (who likes their time wasted, also). WHAT I LIKE MOST: is their continual cheerful and polite customer service; and my, it takes you back, and causes you to check your demeanor and mannerisms.
