The staff has been friendly
First room was dirty they moved me to a new room.
M lounge is soso with what they offer + no beer or wine so u have to go to the restaurant anytime you want something.

Great rooms and location. Lounge is great for BonVoy members. If they could figure out how much parking was, id give it another star. They wanted to charge us $26, but all the signs showed $24. They resolved the fee, but not without a hassle.
