The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very kind. Bed comfy. My only problem … and not the hotel’s fault… was the train. It was very loud. And felt like it shook the building.

The location is almost perfect except for the trains that run every 15mins and kept me up at night. Very friendly and welcoming Customer service. Room had an offensive odor. Shower with no soap didn't drain well. Location is perfect with great harbor views!
