Slow service and rude techs. You're better off getting a new or refilled Rx elsewhere.

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Horrible service. No care for the soldiers. Recommend going off base for actual and better care for soldiers of JBLM

Pharmacy is slow and turns patients away 2 hours prior to actual closing time. Once at desk they over-complicate everything. Miss having Tricare Select and not having to use on-base facilities.
