Public Storage in Tacoma is a great facility with a clean and safe property. The office staff provides excellent and helpful customer service, offering personal attention. Employees are professional and work to ensure customers are happy and their belongings are safe. Reserving the perfect space is free with no commitment, and the online eRental option allows customers to skip the counter. The location is easy to go in and out of with great units. It is an awesome facility where staff are accommodating.
Service was great. There was a problem with our assigned vehicle storage space being occupied. Max jumped in to action and helped us find another spot, check us in and redo our rental agreement to reflect the new space. He was incredibly helpful and we were on our way quickly.
