However, some long-term members have experienced service issues, such as frequent system outages and ATM malfunctions, which have been frustrating. The CEO has acknowledged these concerns and has personally reached out to address the problems, assuring members that improvements are being made to the bank's systems and customer service. Despite the recent challenges, Tapco continues to be a trusted financial institution, dedicated to supporting its local community.
