Avoid this Target if possible. Everything is locked behind a glass case and roving bands of ATT salesmen will find you before actual customer service comes.
So you will have to say no 4 time to switching your cellular service provider while you wait for someone to unlock the toothpaste.

Can we stop with the annoying people walking around in the store asking what phone carrier people use? It's extremely annoying and I spend more time avoiding these people than shopping. It makes me not want to come here.
