I was hot, tired, mad, and frustrated after waiting 4 hours for my tow from a different company that cancelled on me. I called Liberty and explained my dilemma. The dispatcher was so nice. She confirmed a cost and an ETA of 30 minutes. The driver was quick and efficient. They arrived on time, no hidden cost, and the truck and staff were clean and professional.

“After dealing with 2 Ford dealerships that kept my vehicle all day, and didnt even look at it, they were telling me I needed all of these expensive tests that costs a minimum $180 each! I called Rick's and ran my problem by Frank, he was very pleasant and professional and confidenthe knew what it might be- he was able to schedule a time to come in for a look within 2 days!
I brought it in in this morning, he had it fixed and ready a few hours later. He even aired up my tire that had a slow leak!

“My friends car wouldn't start in the very narrow parking lot at the old town dock in Ruston way. We called Hull Towing. Nathan answered on the second ring. We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. He maneuvered the vehicle in what looked like an impossible situation onto the back of the truck with ease. Got us to our destination safe and sound, and his prices are fair. When I picked up my car it was completely cleaned. I dropped it off full of sand and dirt and every nook and cranny was cleaned while it was at their shop.
The body work itself looked great, you couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident. Panel gaps are even and the body panels line up.”

“After having a bit of a pain dealing with Pick and Pull and another national cash for car chain, my friend recommended Happy Hooker towing. I had them pick up my dead Volvo from Rolf's Import Auto in Lakewood (who are AMAZING, btw). After talking with a man at Happy Hooker Towing that morning, Travis the driver met me that afternoon with $100 cash for my car and title. This morning my boyfriend called them, and had them pick up our other dead car, a Nissan. Another $200 cash! Two headaches easily handled. Neither time we had any issues!”

With one call Burns Towing showed up quickly on a Sunday, & in about 5 mins he had my car loaded up safely and was shooting out of the parking lot like he was on fire (safely of course but quick) then delivered it to my mechanic. Not a scratch, ding or anything, perfectly delivered with no issues. Highly recommend their friendly, professional and safe towing services!”
“I broke down in the middle of 4 lanes of traffic cars buzzing by at 60 miles an hour on both sides sides. I called The plan I was enrolled with and they told me it would be Forever because that's how I felt when they said 90 minutes to 2 hours. I'm obviously going to quit this plan. A while back my wife broke down and it took an hour and a 1/2 for them to tow her.I'm quitting Good Sam. So I asked my phone for the nearest tow truck companies. Then I looked at the map and I saw that B-line Towing was close . It was Sunday and I'm pretty sure I interrupted his dinner because hes a one man show . I told him of my precarious situation and he dropped everything and came and bailed me out. He was there so fast it was wonderful he did everything he said he was going to do. I had never asked him for a Cost because at this point I did not care .When my car got to the shop I asked him how much ? and he said $85. He was honest !!!! polite and his truck Is was well equipped for towing . My thanks to Fred.!! I highly recommend him. “I took my 2011 Nissan a juke to have a cargo hitch installed. I was quite nervous at the hassle of getting it put on by a stranger. We'll my experience was one of the best I have ever had at Uhaul. I was greeted by a gentleman named Dylan, he is the most knowledgeable and nicest guy I've done business with. He made me feel comfortable and worry free. “My daughter's van was stolen in King County. It was found in Pierce County and towed by/ to Bill's. From the first contact with employees to getting onto the lot, they were amazing! 2 separate employees gave exact information necessary for accessing the vehicle. Front office personnel was professional and directed us where to go. The lot worker actually crawled into the van to help empty salvageable items. Another worker came to help family move items to another vehicle. Bill's really gave us a good experience in light of the terrible things thieves caused a family.”
