The only thing I've noticed that needs some tweaking is their new online banking/app. But other than that I still get the same great service when I go in their branch.”

“I have been banking with Oly Fed for almost 20 years. I find their service to be top notch! The Staff work hard to know you by name and you are greeted warmly, when you come in. The Staff take time to understand whatever you are there for and to help ensure your needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. They keep up with the going interest rates on loans and CDs. They are never pushy, but will work with you to see what is possible with loans and CDs. While I do go to different branches when I can, I mostly go to the Yelm Highway Branch, and I think they are the best!”

“Nothing but positive things to share about this credit Union! For a small yet growing credit Union I am consistently impressed with O Bees dedication to member experience. There are some things O Bee does not offer like credit cards printed in a branch (they do debit cards though) and their online banking capabilities are limited, but their member service is so far above and beyond most businesses and financial institutions. Definitely recommend!”
