The Andersons are the most helpful men I ever met, every time I come in I don’t even have time to search for what I need, they ask me and they lead me right to it. For a small downtown storefront, they squeeze in just about everything I ever need for all sorts of projects. They are my go to for key cutting too. Truly salt of the earth local folks who seem to care for their customers consistently. I wish there was more shops like this one around still. They’re an absolute asset downtown.”

“I've always been treated great by the staff and find the store layout logical and easy to maneuver, I typically don't go to any of the Home Depot's if I have a major purchase because Lowe's offers a 5% discount if I use my Lowe's credit card and Home Depot doesn't have that program anymore and won't match Lowe's 5% off, other than that Home Depot still gets my inexpensive purchases.”

“I had to buy a specific tool and was helped by Nick (he said he was from the flooring department), who was just walking by. Despite his being from a different department, he helped me find exactly what I needed, which was not easy, as Dewalt had a special going on and also because this particular tool was stored in different shelves - not easy to find. I've never had such competent, friendly customer service before in a hardware store. Promote this guy!”
