Genius Bar was super helpful and enjoyed the experience. Richard was super helpful but could not get the computer fixed. But kept me informed on what steps would be needed

I hope you have all day. You will be here 3-4 hours just to pick up a product. Absolutely ridiculous. Half of the staff is standing around chumming it up with their co workers while half of the guests are staring like hello? Help? No urgency here. What a waste of my day.

I found what I was looking for and I bought it. That was fine. I liked this store better because they had what I wanted, unlike their counterpart at the Tacoma store. This is a first-rate store and I think it is because of the people coming through at this mall. It was easy for me to make my purchase and I left.
