“Their advertised sale grabbed my attention, and met my expectations! They were able to deliver next day and remove our old mattress set. Salesperson was patient letting my son choose his mattress. Very good service for customers.”
“As a millennial, I only remembered lazy-boy as my grandpas old, ugly recliner. And sure, there are still ugly ones, but I was surprised at how really nice their chairs are now. They have adjustable lumbar support, adjustable head AND it can rock and swivel. Plus there are more modern and smaller options too.
Our salesperson, Tim Rivera, was such a great help and so personable without being pushy. He helped us find the right fit and we appreciate it! I’d come back.”
“Absolutely amazing experience! Came in with a printout from the website, thinking we knew exactly what we wanted, Sylvester helped us and showed us things we didn't even consider. Ended up buying a great bed and Sylvester was a huge help! Thank you!”
“I visited the Seattle store to replace a broken battery lid cover for my gas fireplace. I was promptly approached by Milissa B. and I told her what gas fireplace part I needed. Milissa found the replacement part and also suggested for me to Goggle the correct way to release & reinstall the battery lid cover.
I must thank Rich's & Milissa for her expert expediency. She made my day.

“You never know what you're going to find here at the World Market. With a constantly changing inventory, you're bound to find something unique with every visit. They offer a reward program, which I recommend signing up for, as I always end up spending more than I thought I would every time I visit!”
“Tony helped me pick out a matching flora sofa and loveseat set and honored their price match when the sofa and loveseat went on sale. I'm very happy with my purchase and service and would return here for future furniture purchases.”

“I cannot recommend Steve enough! He spent multiple hours on the phone with me helping me find the perfect couch and fabric color, all completely remotely. I knew nothing about couches going into the process and he patiently walked me through a lot of options, explained the differences, answered every question, and taught me so much along the way.
Steve was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decision. He was also extremely responsive over both text and phone calls, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. His patience, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been an overwhelming process into something enjoyable and exciting. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the perfect piece for your home, Steve is your guy. Thank you, Steve, for all of your help and outstanding service!”

“Brandon was knowledgeable and helped narrow it down to my sleep needs. I tried different/new-to-me types of mattresses and kept going back and forth to two. Brandon let me take my time in the store and eventually narrowed it down. It was delivered the next day - quick, prompt and professional. My sleep the past two nights has been a dramatic difference. We’ll see if the improvements progress in the next two weeks.”
