“Do not work with Michael from this store. I talked with him on Black Friday for a price match. I was incredibly clear that I wanted to amount to be deducted from the financing and confirmed with him. He mentioned that he submitted it and it would take a couple of weeks and to expect an email shortly. Email never came so I called back later that day to confirm and they confirmed that it was right. I waited the next day with no email. I called this morning and finally after speaking with Andrew I was able to get an email. Unfortunately, Michael submitted the refund to my credit card as opposed to the financing option as I requested and confirmed. Most people at this mattress firm are helpful, but Michael is not one of them. If you want you order and service to be done correctly, DO NOT work with Michael. Posting this as a 5 star so people can see this, but in actuality this should be a 1.”

We have used NW Modular Systems Furniture for our office furniture needs several times but were pleasantly surprised to find out that they also offer moving services! I have moved several companies over the years and this move by far was the smoothest EVER! They came out and walked through our location, took inventory, offered solutions for packing then went to the new location to see the spaces and where they were moving us to. They were very thorough and we were impressed with the questions they asked and how we got a well thought out estimate. The moving crew was friendly and efficient. They were very thoughtful on how they packed our stuff in the trucks for the move and made sure everything was properly stacked and covered.Our new location was much bigger than our previous one. They offered great ideas for used furniture that would work great in our space. They took measurements and made sure everything would fit perfectly. “FANTASTIC store! SO I ordered a sectional and an ottoman from this particular store back in 2019. The set has held up so well, we are a large family with kids off and on the couch it has held up nicely! They accidentally sent a matching ottoman when we ordered a camel colored leather one to go with our grey fabric couch, delivery guys were amazing, they took the ottoman back realizing the mistake, they were going to deliver the correct one another day BUT we were going to be near the warehouse the next day, we decided to pick it up ourselves so we didn't have to wait, they opened the box to make sure it was the correct ottoman and that it was in perfect condition then loaded it in our SUV. We are so happy with this place, I remember the customer service was above and beyond, they worked together in the store, we always felt taken care of, we plan to order quite a few pieces over the next couple of months as we are ready to change up a few things in our home.”

“I was looking for dining room chairs for a new table we commissioned to have made for our home in Costa Rica. I found PHF on line and saw chairs that would fit well with our table. I contacted them and started working with Ana Arata. While the chairs were being made, I started looking at sofa's. We wanted to replace our current sofa. We picked out a sectional sofa that would fit our space and added that to the order. Ana was an absolute delight to work with. Very professional and a great communicator. From order date to delivery took 3 months. We picked out the fabrics for the sofa and chairs and was even able to match the table stain to the chairs. We just took delivery and couldn't be more happier with the quality of both. When you buy online and don't get the opportunity to see in person what you're our buying and spending the amount we did, you pray for the best. We are totally impressed with what we received.
