“As a millennial, I only remembered lazy-boy as my grandpas old, ugly recliner. And sure, there are still ugly ones, but I was surprised at how really nice their chairs are now. They have adjustable lumbar support, adjustable head AND it can rock and swivel. Plus there are more modern and smaller options too. Our salesperson, Tim Rivera, was such a great help and so personable without being pushy. He helped us find the right fit and we appreciate it! I’d come back.”

“My husband and I visited the Tukwila location and lucked out finding Marc! He spent a lot of time with us narrowing down our flooring options and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. His personality was a hit as well, very pleasant to work with. Marc also recommended a floor installer - Elegant Floors, which we hired for installation and completely happy with our results. Go to the Tukwilla location and ask for Marc, he will take great care of you!”

“First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering. Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices. Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”
