“We love La-Z-Boys, so when our 30 year old chair finally gave up, we headed here to order a new one. The representative met us as we came in, we asked a couple questions and she pointed out the area to look for what we needed.Then, and I can't emphasize this enough, she left us alone to wander, sit in a few chairs, then when we had decided what we wanted, came over to finish the order. “I was looking for dining room chairs for a new table we commissioned to have made for our home in Costa Rica. I found PHF on line and saw chairs that would fit well with our table. I contacted them and started working with Ana Arata. While the chairs were being made, I started looking at sofa's. We wanted to replace our current sofa. We picked out a sectional sofa that would fit our space and added that to the order. Ana was an absolute delight to work with. Very professional and a great communicator. From order date to delivery took 3 months. We picked out the fabrics for the sofa and chairs and was even able to match the table stain to the chairs. We just took delivery and couldn't be more happier with the quality of both. When you buy online and don't get the opportunity to see in person what you're our buying and spending the amount we did, you pray for the best. We are totally impressed with what we received. Don't think twice if buying furniture in CR. This company was great to work with and the quality of what we bought was exceptional. Will definitely do business with them again. “Store itself is eeehhhh, sometimes understocked and lacking in craft stuff, but tons of fabric and sewing supplies (which is predictable given the name).Mostly writing because the woman working at 1pm Thursday 12/28 was amazing. She's a tall black woman with the patience and grace of a living saint. The line was long and I watched her deal with several seniors who had a lot of trouble understanding the pricing of items, where to find coupons, how to use the Joann app on their phone, etc. She was so kind and gracious to each person, and truly helpful. Being able to keep that light post holiday is no easy feat!”
