“Love shopping here. The store is clean, organized, and always has great deals. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need them. Parking is easy and close, which makes the trip quick and stress-free. Definitely one of the better Nordstrom Rack locations.”
“First visit in about 20yrs. Bright and clean. And employees outnumbered the customers that I could see. The pickup and returns counter is by the south street entrance, nearest the parking garage. The in-store directories will tell you what's on each floor, but not where on the floor.
I had an online order to pickup. The clerk wanted a barcode to scan the order number. Too bad, she had to manually enter the 16 digit number. 16 digits!
Suggestions to JCPenny. I know you want people to walk around, hunting the store, but if you want people like me to return then make finding areas easier. And a map of the store would be nice with the directory. Oh, and Include the order number barcode in the confirmation email, or a weblink in the text message to help out your online pickup staff.”
“Great customer service! Main, from women's apparel approached us to make sure we're ok, offered to start a dressing room and checked us out. Very genuine! This was my 3rd encounter today from helpful kind Nordstrom's employees... not at all pushy or sales driven, just helpful”

“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. I will be shopping here more often if the service remains. Sevilla, You we're amazing! Thank you for your great customer service!”
“It's been a long time since I've been into Macy's with online ordering being a huge thing now. But I needed to buy some cologne and needed to see what smell I liked. The employees at the Cologne/Perfume section were very helpful and patient with me running back and forth to see which ones I liked. I was able to make a choice and they even thru in a free sample or two of another cologne that I liked.”
“My partner and I are not the most aggressive, sales-hungry people. We had a need for a couch that would last, had some style desires, but not too much more.
We came here twice in one week and ended up ordering a lovely couch that works for us, our budget, and our style.
No one was pushy, and we feel incredibly lucky that we happened to enter when Mark was on the floor. He was attentive but never hovered, and we never felt like we had any pressure to make decisions at that moment.
When we returned a few days later, we were so pleased Mark was working, and we got everything figured out (measuring is hard sometimes) and ordered without any issues.
The ONLY issue we had was someone (a manager?) seeming to police our sales associate's time while he sat and ran up numbers. I know sales floors and commissions require a different company ethos, but it was off-putting.”
“One of the best Dollar Trees in Washington. It’s very clean and well stocked with viral TikTok beauty finds! It’s an older store but very clean, no dirt on the floors and shelves are nicely displayed. I’ll be back for sure! Love the BPure products. The staff seem to enjoy working here. They take a lot of pride in keeping this place orderly. The boss seems to know his stuff too. You can tell his staff all get along. Keep up the good work!”
“Worth visiting and purchase of your choice and seems reasonable prices. Many more products available.Target...This is a prime location with all shops from dollar tree to Sephora are available inside the South center Mall.

It has various types of products and the arrangement is clear for a customer and we met very friendly staffs.
The dress selection are the best here.

“Awesome selection of clothing and home goods at great prices! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making my shopping trips enjoyable. I love finding unique items here that I can't get anywhere else!”
“First, from the moment I walked into the Ross in Tukwila, a security staff member welcomed me right away, which set a positive tone for the visit. After that, the store was really easy to browse, though I did notice that some of the shelves on the left were stacked quite high, making the space feel a bit towering.
Second, despite that, the selection was fantastic. They have a huge variety of items—everything from tools to kitchen essentials. I was able to snag a tank top, a dish scrubber, and some other household goods—all at really reasonable prices.
Lastly, I do wish they still had a public restroom for customers like they did before, but I understand the security changes. Overall, though, it’s a great place with a lot of variety and good value!”
“Lots of items that are a bit cheaper than grocery stores. Eggs, milk, some snacks, frozen meals. I get healthy choice frozen meals here and they're a great value, only 2.79.”

“We stopped at this Daiso inside Westfield Southcenter during our family trip to Seattle, and it ended up being a fun little shopping stop.
My wife, daughter, and mother-in-law spent at least 30 minutes browsing here and found a mix of cute items, small gifts, and a few practical home items. Our 3-year-old daughter also enjoyed picking out a few things herself, which made it a fun stop for her too.
The store was clean and easy enough to browse. Daiso aisles are usually a little tight, but this location felt fine and manageable. Checkout was quick, and prices seemed cheaper than what we are used to at Daiso back home in Hawaiʻi.
I also appreciated that there was a paid massage chair right outside the store, which gave me a nice place to wait while everyone shopped.
Overall, this was a nice stop if you’re already at Southcenter and want inexpensive gifts, cute items, or small household goods. We’d definitely come back.”
