“The process was relatively easy, and the staff was extremely helpful. I forgot to put the dolly in the back and was about to leave, but the staff member noticed and loaded it for me. There were some issues in the app for taking the pictures. They were not uploading, so I had to finish the process on the website. Also, the mirrors were too tight to be adjusted, but it didn’t interfere with anything. I also really appreciate no fee or extra charge even though I was 10min late with returning the truck.”
