“This isnt my usual Costco, had a lot of trouble finding things, walked around twice as much as I normally would. (A me problem) However, with that said, the sales associates were helpful. Parking is always a challenge getting in, but there was ample spots on a Saturday afternoon. If I knew the layout better, I would come more often, cheers to practice makes perfect shopping!”
“I shop at Chef’s Store in Tukwila regularly because I really appreciate their selection of beef and pork. They also have boxes of oranges and a variety of fresh produce, which keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a quick in-and-out trip, this is a great place to go.
However, I’m not sure if the staff is trained in customer service or if they’re just focused on ringing up orders. No one ever greets you or thanks you at checkout. I don’t need a formal greeting from everyone, but at the very least, a simple “hi” or “thank you” at the register would make a big difference.
It feels a bit off when I’m the one always thanking them after spending my money. I don’t want to feel pressured to thank them; I’m already a paying customer. I hope they can improve this small aspect because the selection is really great.”
