“I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney”

“I went in for a return and asked about an issue I had with an online order (last ditch effort), to my surprise Whitney was able to find the help I needed and get the issue taken care of right there. We came in a little before the store was closing. it was busy but she was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to find the dress in the window my 14 year old’s size! “I had a very positive experience at this store. I was in need of a suit on short notice, and had no idea how to dress myself appropriately which led to me haphazardly picking out separate suit pieces of from different brands. It wasn't until a gentlemen at the register noticed, explained why it would be problematic if I were to continue with this purchase. They proceeded to walk me through the store, and picked out different brands and fits for me to try. After about 30 - 45 minutes, the end result was a significant improvement over what I had initially chosen.
This was in stark contrast to Men's Warehouse down the road where they simply handed me a suit to try, and walked away after gesturing the general direction of the fitting room. I had hoped for a bit more interaction given that I was only 1 of 2 customers currently in the store. After stepping out of the fitting room, and feeling like the suit didn't particularly fit me -I was left standing there while the attendants were all idly chatting as if I didn't exist. I stood there hoping for some feedback on what could be improved; however, when it became clear they weren't going to intervene, I lost all motivation to continue with the purchase, and left soon after.
I expected more from Men's Warehouse, but got much less for a higher price tag. I expected less from K&G Fashion, yet got so much more in value in both product and cost; I walked away with a slightly tailored jacket, shirt, and pant that worked well with my body type for less than $250. I will definitely make this a more permanent consideration for future clothing concerns if for no other reason than to support the business.

Victor didn’t just help me find clothes—he helped me find purpose. Okay maybe not purpose, but definitely the right size and a whole other store that had a sold-out collector’s item I was hunting for like it was a rare Pokémon.
He didn’t even work for that store. I don’t know if he’s on payroll or a side quest NPC, but either way—he crushed it.

The staff there was wonderful and very helpful. We purchased about a $100 worth of Bra's that was actually Comfortable and fit her nicely. Big shout out to Chelsea who helped us today . “I was looking at BT21 items and the girls working there were nice and told me that i could look at more BT21 merch that was behind them. There were a couple of BT21 products in card board boxes that didn’t have plastic film on the sides of the box to see the item inside so one of the girls told me what it was and they also had them on display which she pointed to.They were attentive to other customers too and I felt satisfied leaving the store. ????”
“JCPenney has really stepped up their game. I was looking for new work shirts and couldn't find what I needed. I found an amazing associate, SEVILLA! She happily walked around for 5 mins looking for what I needed. I would have never found them without her! They were out of my size, so she took me back to a register, looked them up and placed an online order for me. I ordered 5 and they showed up in 4 days to the store. The pick up was so organized and the lady working was so kind. In and out in 5 mins with my 5 well made Liz Claiborne button-down collared black work shirts. “Wanted to shout out the amazing Ms. Cynthia as the light of my day! Walked into LB today with zero confidence that I would find something for an up coming interview. When asked was there a certain event that brought me in I did my normal “ no, I’m ok just looking” that I always do because I usually want to be left alone to find the some plain old things I always pick ??♀️ well not today! Ms. Cynthia swooped in and asked me all the right questions to get me to open up and with in minutes I was in a dressing room. I was trying on clothing I would have never picked out for myself! She is absolutely incredible at her job, she truly was a blessing in my life and the exact person I needed to meet today!! I left so happy with everything I didn’t know I needed and more!!
