I love poke, but I'm rarely near a place that truly specializes in it, so I was thrilled to stumble across Poke Pekoe during a trip to the outlet mall. We ordered a poke bowl with white rice, salmon, spicy scallops, house sauce, spicy mayo, avocado, crab salad, and red onions--and it was hands down the best poke I've ever had. Everything was incredibly fresh and perfectly balanced. It was so good that I actually went back before leaving just to thank the staff and tell them how much I enjoyed it. We also tried the Oreo taro ice cream boba tea, which was just as incredible and a perfect way to end the meal. If you're a poke fan, this place is an absolute must-try. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the area.
