Pet Grooming

Jennifer's Pet Grooming
419 North Olympic Avenue, ArlingtonGreat experience today with my nervous Jack Russell terrier. He had never gone to a groomer before. But he had pine sap all over his tummy and legs and he hates having his legs touched! They did a great job! Came home clean and smelling great! Will definitely go back. They don't take cards so bring cash or a check.

Canine Country Club And Cattery Inc
17625 3rd Avenue Northeast, ArlingtonI love the Canine Country Club, or as we call it “camp”. My two pups get so excited as soon as they hear they’re going to camp, running around the house, frantic to get in the car and go.
We come all the way from Seattle and it is worth it! The pricing is so reasonable, and I know they know my dogs and take great care of them.
It’s so assuring to know my dogs are not only safe, but happy and having fun while we’re away.
The kennels and boarding places in Seattle can be so over priced and there has been so much drama at other places over the years, I’m elated to get them out of the city and let the dogs be dogs out at camp.
Thanks so much for watching my pups while we’re away, we’ll be back soon!!

Arlington Veterinary Hospital
7728 204th St NE Suite B, ArlingtonMy 12 yr old dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes at another vet office. We moved almost immediately after that, to Arlington and needed to find a new doctor ASAP. The Arlington Veterinary Hospital got us in as soon as they could. We saw Dr Rebekah and we couldn’t be happier. We came to this appointment very overwhelmed and scared, and the Doctor alleviated those fears. She spent time with us, explaining the diagnosis, the treatment plan, and next steps. She made me feel like my concerns were important, and she really listened. She never rushed us, and we felt like she was willing to take all the time we needed in the exam room to feel more comfortable going forward. I left the office feeling hopeful for the first time. Thank you, Dr Rebekah and thank you to all the staff at Arlington Veterinary Hospital.

Tim Cavanagh, DVM
720 N W Ave, ArlingtonDr Cavanaugh’s is the absolute best Veterinarian in the whole wide world, he put my Besty Blaze that I had for 13+ years to sleep over the rainbow on 4/3/2023 I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him the next day he sent me flowers! I was so touched, and then, when I received his ashes, because I had him cremated, he paid for the urn, and had my dogs name engraved on the top and Cherrywood Box urn Absolute beautiful Writing BLAZE On the top❤️???? He is over at 10 if I could give him his Score it be 1000 Such a kind man and Veterinarian I highly recommend him. I will never go anywhere else. That’s why I’ve never gone anywhere else. I’m glad to be back in Arlington and that he’s still in practice. I am truly blessed.

Family Pet Medical & Surgery
3704 172nd St NE, ArlingtonMy cat unexpectedly died and I was overcome with grief and I called here to see if they had cremation services. The lady in the phone was very sympathetic and told me I could bring her in. When I arrived with my cat wrapped in a blanket the entire staff was incredible during this emotional time. I asked for some of her fur and whiskers along with her ashes. They did a beautiful job and I also got a memorial card and a paw print in clay and a wooden box with her name on it. It was way more than I ever expected and I will cherish that forever. Thank you all for everything you did.

She was her usual happy self when we returned to pick her up, and we’ll definitely board her with Jess and Nick again the next time we’re going out of town!

Addicted Espresso Arlington
18825 67th Ave NE, ArlingtonI cannot say enough good things about Addicted Espresso! the quality of the coffee is unmatched—it is rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted every single time.
Let’s talk about consistency. No matter which location we pull into, my drink tastes exactly how I love it. You never have to worry about it being made wrong, they have perfection down to a science.
But the thing that sets Addicted apart is the amazing staff. They don't just take your order; they treat you like family. Every single barista is incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming. Going there feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with good friends who just happen to make phenomenal coffee.

Skookum Brewery
17925 59th Ave NE A, ArlingtonSkookum is a great little brewery. They have only their own beers, but I have enjoyed most of what I have tried. Staff is friendly, food trucks are fine, but I don't go to a brewery for food. They have events happening regularly. Tonight was line dancing, but some nights it is live music.

Chansuda Thai Cuisine
339 N Olympic Ave, ArlingtonDelightful hidden gem of a Thai restaurant tucked in Arlington, WA. We drove through town on a Friday evening on our way back from a hike, and we randomly decided to stop by for a quick bite. Despite our lack of planning, Suda Thai ended up being the perfect post-hike refuel. The food was remarkably flavorful, filling, and affordable, and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of being outside.
We ordered and split the pad see ew with tofu and the fish curry (which includes fish fillets, carrots, peas, and bell peppers in a green curry sauce). The fish curry was remarkably flavorful, with great depth and a comfortable spice level that gradually builds over time without overwhelming your tastebuds. Their spice scale technically goes from 1-5, but you're welcome to order higher levels if you want something that feels a bit more authentic (our server said that some patrons go all the way up to 25). The pad see ew was also delicious; the rice noodles had a great chew and were delightfully flavorful, and I loved that they used marinated extra firm tofu for a bit of extra texture.
The space is pretty utilitarian but still feels quite cozy, especially with how friendly the staff is. One of the tables next to us was occupied by a family of regulars, and the owner even brought out a holiday special for them that he thought they'd especially enjoy; I loved how close of a personal relationship the staff seemed to have with local visitors, and it's clear how deep their community ties run.
