“I needed a battery for my gmt400 k1500 suburban. I called because im a big fan of optima batteries have used them for 20+ yrs. I was calling to get price and instock availability, i spoke with meeka who was prompt with answers and also asked some clarifying questions. We chatted alittle more and told her id be in to pick up the battery. And when i got there she was able to help and quickly was able to recall our convo on the battery. She gavebme some info on the other agm batteries available that were also alil less expensive. I had stated again that im still gonna go with the optima. She was totally okay with that, no need to try to sell me on a cheaper more inexpensive (but im sure great quality battery). She reminded me about the warranty, and whats needed if anything arises. We then talked alittle more about optimas, and she started sharingnsome customers shes helped with that had optimas. She asked how long rhe optima i had now i was replacing was how old. I said about 4 5 yrs... and she looked at me and asked is that usually the case with the optimas youve had before. And i thought and was like no actually most last 8 to 10 yrs is ny experience. She shared some info on different manufacturing techniques on these newer optimas that were alot better on the older versions. I appreciated that as well, and she assured me again that shes also had customers have these newer ones last 5+ yrs... and also the warranty. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, as well as made me feel like i was buying something not getting upsold or downsold on anything. I made an educated decision with the infor she provided. Which i appreciated. Shes awesome and definitely would come back.”

“The staff there are extremely helpful! You can just tell them your car and they'll help you find the battery Or other part. They do tool loans, too. I showed the guy at the counter a picture of a fuse in my car. He was able to explain to me how to tell if it was blown or not, which ended up saving me some money today. I love this location, and I love O'Reilly's.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing.
