“This was the first time I was in there. Stood there for a long time before I realized I had to 'sign in' to get in line. They should have it marked better. For those who aren't tech savvy or don't have a smartphone, I could see that could be very frustrating. Why not just take a number? Once I was helped, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I am so frustrated with this service. After having it for 6 years and always being on the family plan they chose to change the service and they separated all of our lines off of the plan. And 2 of my family members went without service for 5 days because of it. Mad and beyond dissatisfied with the customer service . I have a logged time of 7 hours total combined hours spent on hold and trying to talk with a service agent getting absolutely nowhere.”
