“I cannot recommend this place enough! My PS5 DualSense controller was completely messed up—major stick drift on both analog sticks, unresponsive buttons, and it was basically unplayable during my intense gaming sessions. I was about to buy a new one when I decided to give them a shot.
From the moment I dropped it off, the service was outstanding. Michael diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fully repaired (new sticks, clean internals, and even a fresh calibration) in just a couple of hours. The controller feels brand new—actually better than new with super smooth sticks and responsive triggers. No more frustration in games!
Super professional, honest pricing, and they clearly know their stuff when it comes to PS5 hardware. If you're in the Seattle/Auburn area and need your controller fixed (or any gaming gear), look no further. These guys saved me money and got me back to dominating in Pragmata and my other favorites ASAP.

“Liam was the name of one the workers here and I’d like to give him a huge shoutout for helping me activate my phone. My phone was off for 3 days after I received my brand new phone and Asurion kept me on the phone for hours just to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. Plus this Verizon store isn’t a corporate place but still Liam made some calls and had my phone working in just 20 minutes and he made me feel like he was really trying to help and that MATTERS. “My experience at the ATT store was great. The staff -including the manager were friendly, knowledgeable and persistent and they managed to resolve the question I came in with, even if it took more than an hour to do so.
The actual reason I was in the store (a 90 minute drive for me, but the closest store able to deal with my issue) is not a positive reflection on ATT's customer focus. I needed to transfer a business phone number to my personal account. I thought, 10 minutes, tops. Instead, it took 5 days, 4 calls, 3+ hours on hold and eventually 1+ hour in the Tacoma store. In the process, I received 23 emails from ATT. It was awful, and not an advertisement for ATT's ability to implement functional, customer-friendly, effective processes.”

“I can't give enough stars for manager Jesus. My wife and I are seniors and are not proficient in modern technology but Jesus explained everything wrote info down for us and helped us get a replacement phone when my wife had hers stolen. It came to our home in 3 days. I immediately decided to switch from my phone provider to be part of my wife's plan. Saving me over $1000 per year. Jesus gets manager of the year and is a future regional manager. A kind young family man and a blessing to 70 year-old guys like me.”
