“I love coming in here. I kid you not. Every time something is wrong with my phone. I find myself right back to our Lakewood Cricket store. Where thankfully we are always greeted/helped by Roxanne and her team. I'm not cell phone savvy. I thank her and her team for always being there for. It's always laugh because there's never really anything wrong with my phone. It's truly owner error. Till my next phone defaults.

“My experience at the ATT store was great. The staff -including the manager were friendly, knowledgeable and persistent and they managed to resolve the question I came in with, even if it took more than an hour to do so.
The actual reason I was in the store (a 90 minute drive for me, but the closest store able to deal with my issue) is not a positive reflection on ATT's customer focus. I needed to transfer a business phone number to my personal account. I thought, 10 minutes, tops. Instead, it took 5 days, 4 calls, 3+ hours on hold and eventually 1+ hour in the Tacoma store. In the process, I received 23 emails from ATT. It was awful, and not an advertisement for ATT's ability to implement functional, customer-friendly, effective processes.”
